This notice describes how VentureIP, an Enough Ventures product, handles information submitted through VentureIP.ai. It is written in plain language so a deep-tech VC fund, a law firm partner, or a founder can understand what we do with the data before choosing to send it.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form we collect the name, work email, organization, role, audience, intent, optional tier interest, and the message you choose to share. We may also receive a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token that helps us distinguish humans from automated traffic.

When you visit the site, we may record aggregate, non-identifying usage signals through a privacy-first analytics layer (Plausible), such as page views and referrer. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Inquiry information is used to reply to the sender, scope an engagement, and route the request to the right person on our team. Analytics signals are used to understand which pages help and which do not, so we can improve the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share inquiry data only with service providers who help us operate the site, including our email delivery provider (Resend) and our bot-mitigation provider (Cloudflare Turnstile), each bound by its own terms. We may share information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Enough Ventures and its counterparties.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to support the relationship and then archived or deleted on a schedule consistent with our internal retention policy.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry record by emailing chandler@360socialventures.com. Where applicable law grants additional rights, we honor them.
