How VentureIP collects, uses, and safeguards information submitted through this site.

Effective June 4, 2026

This notice describes how VentureIP, an Enough Ventures product, handles information submitted through VentureIP.ai. It is written in plain language so a deep-tech VC fund, a law firm partner, a founder, or a member portal user can understand what we do with information before choosing to send it.

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, we collect the name, email, organization, role, audience, intent, optional tier interest, and message you choose to share. When you submit an access request, we collect the fund name, work email, role, investment focus, and optional message you choose to share. We may also receive a Cloudflare Turnstile verification token that helps us distinguish humans from automated traffic. Both forms also include an anti-spam honeypot field that may be processed if it is submitted.

When a member, fund contact, or administrator uses the portal, we process account identifiers, organization and fund membership details, access status, authentication and session metadata, portal activity events, email delivery events, support and communications records, and admin audit events needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

When you visit the site, we may record aggregate, non-identifying usage signals through a privacy-first analytics layer (Plausible), such as page views and referrer. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies and we do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Inquiry and access information is used to reply to the sender, evaluate fit, scope an engagement, create or manage member access, route requests to the right person on our team, and maintain business records. Portal information is used to authenticate users, operate fund-scoped access, deliver communications, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the integrity of the service.

Analytics and event signals are used to understand which pages and workflows help, which do not, and where the site or portal should improve. We may also use information to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights and safety, and defend against misuse.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information with service providers who help us operate the site and portal, including our hosting, database, authentication, analytics, email delivery, and bot-mitigation providers. Current providers may include Vercel, Neon, Plausible, Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile, each bound by its own terms. We may also share information with professional advisors, counterparties involved in an engagement, or authorities where required by law or necessary to protect the rights and safety of Enough Ventures, users, clients, and partners.

Retention

Inquiry, access, portal, email, and event records are retained for as long as needed to support the relationship, operate the service, satisfy legal and business obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Some operational records, including admin audit events, may be retained longer as append-only security and compliance records. Other telemetry may be archived or deleted under the retention settings configured for the service.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. No website, database, network, or email workflow can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should avoid sending information you are not authorized to share.

International handling

Enough Ventures operates from the United States and works with service providers that may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. If you submit information from outside the United States, you understand that it may be processed in jurisdictions with privacy rules that differ from those in your location.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry or account record by emailing chandler@360socialventures.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may also provide rights to portability, restriction, objection, appeal, withdrawal of consent, or additional information about how personal information is used and shared. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The site and portal are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this notice as the site, product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above shows when the current version took effect.
